Refund Policy

At Peppy Prints, we always try to make sure every order is perfect and your experience is nothing short of amazing. We’re not happy until you are. So that’s why we offer a Peppy Promise guarantee.

If you don’t love your Peppy Prints, let us know at support@peppyprints.com. or contact us via Live Chat. Give us a chance to fix it and if we can’t make it better, we’ll refund you. Make sure you bring this to our notice within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that every order is individually printed on one of our professional printing presses and we use only the best materials available. We use a completely automated system for processing your order quickly and efficiently. Sometimes there might be slight variations in the colours in your print and what’s visible on the screen, this is a normal occurrence. Cancellation Policy

At Peppy Prints, every order is customised as per each customer, so it’s not possible to cancel an order if it goes into printing.

You may cancel your entire order from “My Orders” page up to two hours after placing your order. After that, the cancellation will not be available as most probably your order has already been printed. You can contact us on support@peppyprints.com. or via live chat and we’ll do our best to help.
